Ingredients

• 1 slice bacon, cooked and finely chopped
• 1/2 medium onion, finely chopped
• 3/4 cup brewed strong coffee or espresso
• 3/4 cup ketchup
• 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce

Preparation

Combine cooked bacon, onion, coffee, ketchup, Worcestershire and brown sugar. Cook over medium heat for 10 mins or until boiling. Add cream, return to a boil then cool.
